The rules for your account, deposits, bonuses and disputes. Figures are stated exactly; promotion-specific terms apply on top.
1. Scope
These terms govern your Wolf Winner account, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay and responsible gambling tools, on this website, the mobile site and the Android app. They apply to the casino, live casino and sports betting products. If a promotion has its own terms, those apply together with this document.
2. Acceptance and updates
By creating an account you accept these terms. We may update them; the revised version applies from its published date. If you keep using your account after an update, you accept the new version. If you disagree, stop playing and close your account.
3. One account per player
Each person may hold one account. If we find duplicates, we close them and may cancel bonuses and forfeit winnings connected with them. Funds from legitimate deposits are returned to the original payment method.
4. Verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal, and whenever required for compliance, you must verify your identity with a valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID card) and proof of address. Full verification unlocks withdrawals and higher limits. Documents must be current, readable and in your own name.
5. Age restriction
You must be 18 or over. If we find an account belongs to someone under 18, we suspend it, return net deposits (deposits minus withdrawals) and void all winnings and bonuses.
6. Dormant accounts
We do not close, charge fees to or empty an account because it is inactive. To use an account after a period of inactivity, you must log in and, if requested, complete KYC before you withdraw.

Withdrawals are paid to a method in your name, normally the one you deposited with. Approved requests are processed internally within up to 24 hours; the time for funds to arrive then depends on the method.

Neosurf and CashtoCode are deposit vouchers. If you deposit with one, the cashier shows which method your withdrawal will go to.
8. Withdrawal limits
The weekly withdrawal limit for accounts in Australian dollars is A$10,000. Limits can rise with your cumulative deposit history. Amounts in other currencies are converted at the rate applied by the payment provider on the day. Before a withdrawal we may ask for photo ID, proof of address and verification of the payment method, as described in section 4.

The casino welcome package is paid over your first four deposits, up to A$5,500 in total, and includes 125 free spins:

The 125 free spins are credited as 25 a day for five days on Wolf Saga. The package must be claimed within 14 days of registration. Wagering is 50x, applied to the deposit plus the bonus.
Sports and casino bonuses run on separate systems with separate rules. Do not assume terms for one apply to the other. For sports promotions, the multiplier, qualifying odds and duration vary per campaign and are stated in each promotion's terms. You can decline a bonus before depositing.
11. Free Bets
A Free Bet is a single stake given by us and cannot be split across several bets. If it wins, your net winnings are the payout minus the Free Bet stake; the stake itself is not returned.
12. Casino wagering contribution
Not every game counts equally toward wagering. Each game type has its own contribution rate, shown in the bonus rules of the promotion. Pokies generally count more than table games and live casino, and some titles are excluded and contribute 0%; the list of excluded games is in the bonus rules.
Excluded games do not count at all. Check the contribution rates before you play, as they affect how fast you clear a bonus.
13. Wagering requirement: worked example
Wagering is the amount you must stake before bonus funds become withdrawable. For the welcome package it equals the deposit plus the bonus, multiplied by the requirement. Example for illustration only: you deposit A$100 and receive a A$100 bonus. The requirement applies to deposit plus bonus, so A$200 × 50 = A$10,000 in qualifying bets. If you play pokies that contribute 100%, a A$1 spin adds A$1 to the total. Each promotion page shows its own multiplier.
14. Maximum bet while wagering
While a bonus is active, the maximum bet is A$20 per spin or hand. Bets above that can void the bonus and any winnings from it.
15. Bonus expiry
The welcome package must be claimed within 14 days of registration. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the time stated on the promotion are forfeited. Check the expiry before you opt in.
16. Bonus abuse
Bonuses are limited to one per account, per household, per email address and per IP address. Where we find a breach, we can deny, reverse or void a bonus and winnings connected to it.
17. Responsible gambling tools
You can set deposit and wagering limits, take a temporary self-exclusion or self-exclude permanently from Account settings. A temporary exclusion cannot be ended early. A permanent exclusion cannot be reversed. Lowering a limit is immediate, raising one needs a cooling-off period. Full details are on the Responsible Gambling page.

19. Operator and licence
Wolf Winner is operated by Swervy International B.V. (company registration 144876) under licence OGL/2024/1340/0996, a B2C licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 6 June 2025. This is not an Australian licence. The licence does not imply approval by any Australian regulator, and Australian consumer-protection schemes for licensed wagering providers do not apply.

If translations of these terms conflict, the English version prevails.
