Responsible Gambling at Wolf Winner

Straight information on playing safely: a self-check, the limits and exclusions you can set, and free support in Australia. You must be 18+ to play.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Our approach to safer gambling

Wolf Winner treats player safety as part of how the platform works, not a legal paragraph at the bottom of a page. You must be 18 years or older to open an account, and we verify age and identity before any withdrawal.

Gambling is entertainment with a price. Play only with money you can afford to lose, never to recover losses or to pay bills, and take breaks. This page explains how to check in with yourself, the tools you can switch on in your account, and where to get independent help.

Free, confidential support 24/7: National Gambling Helpline / Gambling Help Online, 1800 858 858, or gamblinghelponline.org.au for online chat. You do not need to be in crisis to call.

Do I have a problem? A self-check

There is no right or wrong answer here and nothing is recorded. Read the questions and notice which ones feel familiar. The more you say yes to, the more reason to use a limit, take a break or talk to someone.

  1. Do I spend more time or money gambling than I planned to?
  2. Do I feel restless or irritable when I try to cut back?
  3. Do I play to escape stress, boredom or low mood?
  4. Have I chased a loss by raising my stakes or depositing again?
  5. Have I hidden how much I gamble from people close to me?
  6. Have I borrowed money or skipped bills to gamble?
  7. Has gambling affected my sleep, work, study or relationships?
  8. Do I think about gambling when I am doing something else?
  9. Have I felt guilty or ashamed after a session?

Even one or two yes answers are worth paying attention to. Several is a good moment to set limits or speak to a counsellor. A longer, independent self-assessment is available at Gambling Help Online.

Tools you control

ToolWhat it doesPeriods
Deposit limitCaps how much you can add to your account.Daily, weekly or monthly
Wagering limitCaps the total amount you can stake.Daily, weekly or monthly
Session limitEnds a session after a set length of play. You choose the length
Reality checkShows a reminder of time played and net result at the interval you pick. You choose the interval
Time-outLocks you out for a short break; see exclusion options below.Fixed period

How to activate or change a limit

  1. Log in and open Account, then Responsible Gambling.
  2. Choose the tool, pick the period and enter the amount.
  3. Confirm with your password.

Lowering or adding a limit takes effect immediately. Raising or removing a limit is deliberately slower: it applies only after a cooling-off period, shown in your account when you request the change, and you can cancel the change during that time. The delay exists so that a decision made in a bad moment does not stick.

Prefer not to do it yourself? Contact our support team and we will set it up for you. Asking is never treated as a nuisance.

Taking a break or excluding yourself

If limits are not enough, you can step away completely.

  • Temporary time-out: a break of a length you pick from the options in your account. You cannot log in, deposit or play, and it cannot be ended early.
  • Self-exclusion: a longer exclusion, with the length chosen from the options in your account. Your account is closed to play and marketing stops.
  • Permanent self-exclusion: your account is closed for good. It is irreversible: we will not reopen it or accept a new account from you, and we use identity and payment checks to enforce this.

Exclusions are enforced by the platform's licensing requirements, not just by goodwill.

Independent help outside Wolf Winner

Free, confidential support 24/7: National Gambling Helpline / Gambling Help Online, 1800 858 858, or gamblinghelponline.org.au for online chat. You do not need to be in crisis to call.
  • Gambling Help Online offers free counselling by phone and chat, plus tools for family and friends.
  • Blocking software such as BetBlocker (free) or Gamban restricts gambling sites and apps on all your devices.
  • BetStop (betstop.gov.au) is the Australian Government's National Self-Exclusion Register. It covers wagering services licensed in Australia. Wolf Winner is not an Australian-licensed operator, so registering with BetStop does not exclude you from this site. Use our own exclusion tools as well, and consider blocking software.

Licensing and regulation

Wolf Winner is operated by Swervy International B.V. under licence OGL/2024/1340/0996, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Self-exclusion and the other tools on this page are provided as part of that licensed operation. It is not an Australian licence, so Australian state regulators do not handle complaints about this site.

Asking for help is safe

Contacting our support team or a helpline does not count against you. We will not judge you, we will not penalise your account, and conversations with Gambling Help Online are confidential. People reach out for many reasons, including simply wanting to cut back. If a friend or family member is the one gambling, the helpline supports you too.
