Privacy and Data Protection Policy
What Wolf Winner collects, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and how Australian players can use their privacy rights.
Our approach to your data
Wolf Winner collects the information it needs to run your account and meet legal duties, and little beyond that. This policy follows the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as our baseline, even though the platform is operated from outside Australia. It is written so that you can find an answer and act on it.
What we collect

|---|---|---|
| Identity | Name, date of birth, nationality | Yes |
| Contact | Email, phone, residential address | Yes |
| Verification (KYC) | Photo ID, proof of address, selfie when needed | Yes, before first withdrawal |
| Financial | Payment method details (partially masked), transaction history | Yes |
| Technical | IP address, device and browser type, time zone | Yes |
| Usage | Games played, stakes, bonuses, limits and support chats | Yes |
| Marketing preferences | Whether you agree to emails, SMS and offers | No, optional |
Why we use it
- To run your account (contract): registering you, processing deposits and payouts, supporting you.
- To meet the law (legal obligation): age checks, identity verification and anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing monitoring.
- To keep the platform safe (legitimate interest): fraud prevention, detecting duplicate accounts and bonus abuse, improving the service.
- To send offers (consent): marketing only if you opt in. Saying no never affects your account.
Marketing consent is kept separate from the data we must hold to verify you and keep records. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without touching the required data.
Data leaving Australia
Wolf Winner's systems and service providers are located outside Australia, so your data is transferred overseas. Under APP 8 (cross-border disclosure) we take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients handle it in line with the APPs, through contracts, access controls and encryption.
Your rights and how to use them
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix anything inaccurate or out of date.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your data, subject to the retention limits below.
- Marketing opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in any message or switch it off in Account settings.
To exercise a right, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "Privacy request" and say what you want. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days.
If we have not resolved a complaint, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au. We mention the OAIC as an independent body you can contact; it does not regulate or endorse Wolf Winner.
How long we keep data
Account and transaction records, plus identity documents, are kept for seven years after your account is closed, in line with AML record-keeping standards. Support chats are kept for two years. Marketing data is deleted when you opt out.
What "deletion" means in practice: when you ask us to delete, we remove everything we are not legally required to keep and restrict access to what we must retain. We do not make data vanish immediately where the law says we have to hold it.
How we protect it
- TLS encryption for data in transit and encryption at rest for stored documents.
- Role-based access: only staff who need your data can see it.
- Optional two-factor authentication; turn it on in Account settings.
- Use a strong, unique password, never share it and log out on shared devices.
Under-18s
Wolf Winner is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we find that an account belongs to a minor, we close it, return the deposits as set out in the Terms and delete personal data except what the law obliges us to retain. If you think a minor has registered, tell us straight away.
